WTF does 'implies' mean?
Here's my guess: AGO was under a misunderstanding that it could develop and use Stanley Berths 3 & 4, and that misunderstanding would transfer to FMS/Gina/MIN whoever? But how could that be right?
Aside from the indefinite nature of this news, I must say I'm having a blonde seniors moment. Could someone please (briefly) outline the significance of this statement for (1) AGO; (2) MIN; (3) FMG; (4) Gina/ Hancock Prospecting. Or is that not possible?
