You really should do a disclaimer about your motivation I. E. That you got in at much higher prices. Anyone who has held long and strong for a few years on this stock has lost a lot. Had they considered risks (downramping, or plain common investing sense in my opinion) they may have reduced losses or at least considered it as a possibility.
Holding long and strong has been terrible for Atlas holders but some still claim it as sage advice, blaming everyone else for a negative outcome.
In my opinion Atlas should be a small part of a diversified portfolio to manage risk. DYOR .
