The North West Iron Ore Alliance is worth a lot more to Gina with her assets than it's worth to Atlas. Atlas will never achieve a production profile that could support rail from their asset base, whereas Gina's asset base will support rail. Therefore, the Atlas assets are worth more to Gina than they are to Atlas.

They are also evidently worth more to Gina than they are to either FMG or MRL as she was prepared to pay more.

So would that mean there is at least, some potential that the assets of Atlas are worth at least what she has paid? And possibly even more? And why would Gina be the only one who could realise any potential from the Atlas assets?
