Not sure the FMG reference. They had a minority holding and sold it. They never bid for Atlas or tried to takeover. Their intentions were never made known. They certainly didn't make any promises.
Perhaps they sold because they didn't see value. Not sure how they are to blame. Just another group to blame for a poor result. DYOR
