The market will generally react "after" the realisation of the goal or as it becomes evident they are real & accurate figures and the Company is able to implement them, which is fair enough, given the number of companies that spruik & never deliver.

A successful Fund Raiser is needed (that's 1/2 the battle) and then the follow through. I reckon AGR will do both because I've seen Warwick Grigor in action. He has the experience & the contacts, so I am confident this Co is a "goer".

So if production does start by the end of 2024 & profits are around $2.5m - $3m/month, what will the share price (& market cap) be?

BTW, that's a profit of $30m to $36m pa.

I reckon your close on the 10PE but that could even stretch to 20 if market link that the gold will expedite the phosphate play and the company has already delivered. As I've stated before, the phosphate will be the company maker..
