Hi sisyphus, thank you for your reply. I really am hoping for a better offer but I don't like my chances. If the Board accept Gandel's offer then it's all over red rover. At .18c I stand to lose $20K. I've owned since April 2007 and even bought more so my average reduced but still a substantial loss. Anyway, you win some, you lose some.
