News: Aguia Resources to reveal capital raising details

    Aguia Resources (ASX:AGR) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending capital raising details.

    Earlier in the month the company completed a shortfall placement for 21,147,503 new ordinary shares at $0.04 to raise a total of $845,900.

    Funds will be allocated the company's core asset at Tres Estradas South as it evolves from the exploration to development and support the ongoing resource, metallurgical and engineering work.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 15th April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
