    • HY TOTAL REVENUE $2,059.0 MILLION VERSUS $2,097.5 MILLION
    • IF ACQUISITION OF AHG IS SUCCESSFUL, NEAR TERM FOCUS WILL BE ON DELIVERING TARGETED $30 MILLION IN SYNERGIES OVER NEXT 12 MONTHS
