I've been watching it creep up in the last month. I think today was a classic shorters move of selling heavily on what is fundamentally good news.

This scares the weak hands out of holding the stock which is really now worth more than it was yesterday. But one day of heavy selling and pushing toward a 52 week low is enough to break some holders resolve.

At the end of the day AHG bought more dealerships that make money... Make up your own mind on what that should do to the SP.
