    APE jumped 5.6% on Friday in response to the offer for APG – just showing how much the market thinks APE would benefit from moving to 100% ownership of AHG and how cheap AHG is at current prices.

    In spite of which, the AHG share price is still more than 6% above the offered exchange value.
