This IS interesting!

At 9:1 ratio a price of USD9 per ADS implies share price as AUD1.33 or thereabouts using online exchange rates. My calculation was 9 ord shares to 1 ADS = price per underlying share as USD1. Divide that by 0.747 equals AUD 1.33.

At USD7 per ADS that implies share price as AUD 1.04 or thereabouts My calculation was as above, but the value of the underlying shares was USD0.777 per share, giving AUD1.04.

Happy to be corrected if mistakes have been made!!

So will be interesting to see how it eventually gets priced!
