CR needed soon as the $320k from Fenix at an 8% interest plan plus the high internal structured overheads (incl. the house) need to be covered from somewhere.

the other $680k from Fenix (via notes) isn’t 100% guaranteed I believe.

if AHN don’t come up with the funds to repay then it’s a completely different story.

atm there are almost no funds at all for AHN to explore / drill or research further and taking into account that Ed over the past 20 years almost has researched, drilled and explored a few times all the tenements they hold.

what can he lie about next coming up.. PFS?? Where is it, coal washing?? Where is it. Positive cash flow?? Where is it. Drilling as announced last year with $2.5m plus in the bank?? Where is it and what happened to the money??
