    • ENTERED AGREEMENT WITH DRUMMOND COAL INC TO ACQUIRE SHORT CREEK MINE LOCATED WEST OF BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA
    • ACQUISITION COST IS US$4.4M IN CASH TO DRUMMOND AND RELATED ENTITIES AND US$11.5M TO REPLACE RECLAMATION BOND WITH STATE OF ALABAMA
    • RAISED A$30M THROUGH PLACEMENT WITH INSTITUTIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SHAREHOLDERS WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO ACQUISITION
