What I think ahz really needs is some breathing space. no one wants to invest in something that is living hand to mouth. Take the current situation as an example. I could invest but I suspect there will be a cr soon which will dilute my holdings and see a discount to the institutional investor, followed by a sp slump. No thanks.
If, however AHZ could raise enough to last for more than a single quarter the risk is reduced significantly. People will be able to invest in the longer term story.
However given the lack of institutional support I suspect our two current investors would rather eek out the findunding, each time gaining more of the company for less.
I reckon a $40m CR with an infusion sale on top would do wonders, throw in a management reshuffle and away it would go! Of course it's probably Not in the best interest of those calling the shots for any of that to happen.
