The train is Wayne’s train.
The rail track is dollar in kitty/market and the barricade signifies dollar ends there. The train should have stopped or slowed down (cut down costs) before hitting the barricade but Wayne pressed the accelerator hard (cost blowout) rather than slowing down (cost control) and the result is here.
