Yesterday’s announcement is a function of the process that has nothing to do with AGM timing. Same will largely go for any Infusion sale or TAVR partnership deal to some extent, because as you say management have SIO and SB calling the shots on resolution 1.
And I’m sure those 2 would be kept up to speed on how the business is traveling.
