Yes they do retain an interest. AHZ retain about 22 per cent (check the announcement from last week) and in exchange SB pour $18m into the thing to try and make it marketable. Not a great deal, but it might one day pay a return which is more than it will do in the hands of AHZ being totally unfunded. And yes Wayne gets more salaries.
