Am unsure why you and Zog consider it part of QUB's bid? Any insight(s) that I'm missing? If it is part of the QUB bid then CIC is a fourth partner to the consortium with roughly 40% of AIO already tied up with QUB's bid. 20% of AIO shares already in BF's hands.
Still, the ACCC holds the key at this stage IMO but it could get messy (carving up assets) if somebody doesn't wish to sell their parcel and takes a minority position. Time will tell. Cheers.
