    June 27 (Reuters) - Asciano Ltd (AIO) :

    • ACFS settlement of dispute
    • Announces that it has resolved the dispute with TZI 1 Pty Ltd, Arthur

      Tzaneros, Terry Tzaneros and Zed Group Australia

    • The settlement of this dispute includes an agreement to transfer Asciano's

      interest in the ACFS JV to the Tzaneros interests

    • Tzaneros interests will discontinue the proceedings commenced in the supreme

      court of New South Wales at that time

    • Says settlement also includes to assign certain port head leases to ACFS JV
