- ACFS settlement of dispute
- Announces that it has resolved the dispute with TZI 1 Pty Ltd, Arthur
Tzaneros, Terry Tzaneros and Zed Group Australia
- The settlement of this dispute includes an agreement to transfer Asciano's
interest in the ACFS JV to the Tzaneros interests
- Tzaneros interests will discontinue the proceedings commenced in the supreme
court of New South Wales at that time
- Says settlement also includes to assign certain port head leases to ACFS JV
