    March 15 (Reuters) - Asciano Ltd (AIO) :

    • Aio announces transaction with Brookfield and Qube consortia (AIO)
    • No break fee is payable by Asciano with respect to the termination of Qube

      consortium proposal transaction documentation

    • If transaction proceeds and ato approval is obtained, expects to pay a fully

      franked special dividend of up to $0.90 per share

    • Asciano's patrick business will be acquired from Asciano for $3.84 billion
    • Says Asciano shareholders are expected to meet to vote on the scheme in early

      June 2016
