- Aio announces transaction with Brookfield and Qube consortia (AIO)
- No break fee is payable by Asciano with respect to the termination of Qube
consortium proposal transaction documentation
- If transaction proceeds and ato approval is obtained, expects to pay a fully
franked special dividend of up to $0.90 per share
- Asciano's patrick business will be acquired from Asciano for $3.84 billion
- Says Asciano shareholders are expected to meet to vote on the scheme in early
June 2016
