    Brookfield realises that the main game will be when the ACCC announces its decision on the 18th of February
    The undertakings given by Brookefield may not be enough but if the ACCC gives them the green light than you will see a bidding war with Qube.
    Ultimately if they bump the price to say $10 and win, they get tier 1 assets at a decent price. If not, they sell to qube and make a 15% return over several months.
    I don't know why anyone would accept Brookefield's offer atm. It's like selling your house at auction to the first bid
