    Dec 20 (Reuters) - Astivita Ltd (AIR)

    • proposed offer is 1 share for every 1 share held at record date at 10 cents per share raising some $3.086 million after costs
    • It will be undertaking a non-renounceable rights issue opening on 4 january 2017
