    July 25 (Reuters) - Asia Pacific Data Centre Group (AJD)

    • Received proposal from 360 Capital Group in relation to conditional, off-market takeover offer for all securities in APDC
    • Board will continue to assess 360 Capital offer, and makes no comment as to merits of 360 Capital offer at this time
