I agree - how can you recommend a proposal that is not capable of proceeding (ie self defeating)?
360 has now done due diligence and has been hanging around for months. If they want to make a genuine offer, they can. To date, months of talk and NOTHING capable of being considered. At what point does 360 start to lose credibility?
