Looks like 360 have stuffed up their bid and can't finance to complete due to NXTs ability to block the capital distribution, which 360 will need to complete the deal.
Best to get out now as unit price is eventually going to fall (it has been a good run). Even the $1.87 is now off the table, so unit price could easily fall below that.
