    • UNDER AGREEMENT, THIRD ENERGY TO OPERATE & FUND APPRAISAL WELL TO ASSESS POTENTIAL COMMERCIALITY OF A NATURAL GAS PROSPECT
    • THIRD ENERGY WILL HOLD 75% AND CUADRILLA 25% OF ANY RESULTANT GAS PRODUCTION
