    Greg Runge has an engineering degree and worked in drilling operations. So he is likely to focus on day to day operations and generating profit from the drilling business. The drilling business has a good track record. The announcement said that the Cuadrilla UK boss will report directly to the board, which allows Greg to focus on Australia.
