    Mind you this could be used as free get-out of jail card and excuse or a smoke and mirror spin in disguise of a poor flow rate to suck in more investment before shrugging it off as "Well. It's the end of UK shale due government fault of an unworkable policy. And not our fault."
    Highly unlikely scenario but anything is possible.
