This is for me is clearly good buying, i’d be in for more but am already far over my intended holding... once the news settles might be some more interest.

Could be a couple of months to get timing of stage 2 and likely debt refinancing or JV to clear debt and finance stage 2 done. We would need a higher SP for that route though. Enough script to clear debt and finance stage 2 would approach 50% dilution and with Shanshans holding risk a controlling stake or at least break managements blocking stake. I think Kev’s 26 cents could be an important valuation.
