    looks pretty good!
    - new expanding investor with clear focus on battery materials
    - potentially new (incl stage 2?) offtake agreements in pipeline
    - increased security for AJM- if we would be close to bankruptcy or delisting - nobody would invest in us!
    - JRO burden gone!!!!

    IMHO, the way to 20-25 is open with only announcement of new offtake- just based on Gaines security.

    I can't imagine that there is any basis for a sell off- we were punched too much down - from here I only see upward potential with this new security.
