    Maybe that was lost in translation, but pretty sure it's not a placement per se. They bought AJM shares off JRO so the money goes to JRO.
    What's interesting is they need to secure lithium for their supply. In buying shares one feels the play may more than just an O.T but conversely a T.O. All just IMHO of course, just makes more sense why spend 25 mil on shares when you could spend it on spod? Hmmm
