No value-added (!), it is simply the on-market purchase of 11.83% of the existing AJM shares, for 10 cents per share.

Since this roadblock cleared 3 days ago, AJM shares have rebounded 40%, and I expect will continue to rebound.

SS needs to file its ASX disclosure asap ( may have filed after business hours at ASX).

AJM has not yet made any announcement about the new owner, or any discussions with SS about off-take...….but you know they want some!!

In my view, this new source of demand, by a somewhat different part of the supply chain, will add real muscle to AJM.

Suggests to me a full takeover is less likely in the short to mid term.

Once off-take arrangements are sorted ( possibly by assumption of previous holder's deal), AJM will have a clear basis for long term debt refinancing, and perhaps Stage 2A expansion ( best $60 million opportunity available across the industry?).

Time to make sure your AJM holdings are in low tax paying entities, and to plan for a wonderful period of capital growth and dividends.
