The honest thing for the company to do at this stage would be to release the quarterly during this trading halt too with guidance to lay all their cards on the table and allow holders to properly assess the context of this raising. Either they’re giving shares away too cheaply now to facilitate much better returns in the near future or as others have said they’re desperate for capital to meet their obligations, worst case, costs are not coming in as predicted. That debt really is proving a millstone.
