The last comments are a little too negative for my taste. First let us wait for the additional details. (Maybe it is a starting point for stage 2, maybe some refinancing news...)
The good part for me that is that this investment from SS limits the downside. Several posters have suggested that AJM could go belly up. I think that is off the table. With SS buying in I would assume that they have made their homework.
