Latest retail price of a gigajoule of gas in Qld is quoted as $18.50. There are 1000 GJ in 1 TJ and Armour is reported to be selling 5 TJ. /day. That's $92,500.00 per DAY. So I'll assume that they're getting $9.25/GJ ( as I haven't a clue of what is their contracted wholesale price) and even that amounts to $46,250.00/day income or $16.8 million per year for starters. This equates to 5c/share income from gas alone. And the shares are selling at 7.6c???? That's a PE of 1.52. The average price on the ASX for a growth stock (and AJQ is definitely a growth stock) is 13 times earnings so even knocking that down by 50% gives a result of 32.5c.
I realise that my analysis is crude but even so should the share price be where it is? I would appreciate any enlightenment.
