This all seems very odd. Why would AJQ want to terminate the deal as they need the cash from the farmin to grow the business? And therefore why would AEP want to prevent termination if they wanted to proceed with the farmin in the first place. They are a shareholder afterall.
I cannot get the logic why AJQ would even consider terminating. So why is a court action in play to prevent them terminating? All very odd.
