Offer is routinely only 500 or 1000 shares then 3 or 5 ticks up to another small offer of 50k.
A $20,000 buy wipes out the sellers up to nearly 10c.

Twice as many buyers as sellers, although no urgency.
This company was attracting bids over 20c/share less than a year ago. If I was one of those bidders, I would be happy to see this low range knowing a VWAP offer could deliver a 100% upside and still be a steal.
