I will lokk for additonal information but it looks like a big portion of Bullrich voters could vote for Milei in the runoff. (Roughlyy 20 % of her almost 24 % would be enough to boost Milei to 50 %). The other two defeated candidates are apprently from more "left leaning parties". So I would expect most of them to vote for Massa. At least in the first round voting iscompulsory or you have to pay a fine. So I would expect most of the people will vote in the second round.
