Roo if AP doesn’t do as he is told IMO he risks the welfare of his team, maybe I am being too subtle. Communist dictatorships maintain their position by controlling the media, police and army. If you don’t follow the first you can attract the attention of the latter. Fortunately Cuba doesn’t have the skills or finances to go it alone. They need MAY. The IMF won’t lend them money as they defaulted on a previous loan. I just don’t think AP is in the right place to update the market.
