At the end of the day, we have a photograph showing the Melbana team celebrating "End of productive week showing our partners the status of field operations and preparations for the commencement of field development operations".
I interpret it as suggesting they have finished negotiations with their JV partners and an announcement is imminent, but if it is a big announcement they need to work closely with their host government, especially in a country like Cuba, to ensure continued good relations.
It also seems clear to me that they wouldn't have indulged in posting such a herogram if the news was not going to be good.
I guess they will want to make some announcement before this week's luncheon.
I don't understand why that would prompt anybody to sell their shares at this point.
