The share price is unfortunate and it hurts. Some on here are highly leveraged to success in Melbana.
Hopefully there will be news out tomorrow or today on some of these plans. Regarding to concrete time frames I don't think that would be helpful given the difficulties of operating in Cuba. Cupet is obviously being supportive with road tankers and approvals are being given. We need to accept the operating environment isn't the greatest. The project will likely be huge for the people of Cuba as it's going to add +50% on current production levels.
