Raj, oil supply is a big issue in Cuba. Waiting for people to return is a lame excuse even by AP's standard. I think the president or relevant minister wants to big note himself or their administration on this subject so in this instance I dont blame AP for poor communication. TD for Alameda was 18th April for Alameda section so they have had 3 weeks to drill 200m. Its probable the well is complete . I suggest you sit it out if you can afford to do so. Try not to let frustration and emotion guide your decision.
