You are right, if they have completed to TD its price sensitive and must be released
If they have commenced testing and there's flow or no flow it must be released
This waiting to get home is a crook of shite, if the well isn't completed then something has happened, and again, should be released
I'm hoping that we haven't struck issues and AP is buying time to release this agreement so as to soften the blow.
As for your investment decision, only you can and should decide that
