    Alesco Corporation Limited (ASX:ALS) has completed the sale of its Parbury Decorative Surfaces business to private company Borg Group.



    The sales worth around $4 million also included Dekorform – Alesco’s small plastic moulding business.



    In the first half of the 2012 financial year Alesco Corporation reported a net profit of $7.2 million.
