Alesco Corporation Limited (ASX:ALS) has entered into an unconditional agreement to sell Parbury Decorative Surfaces business to private company, Borg Group.

The sales worth $4 million also included Dekorform – Alesco’s small plastic moulding business.

The transaction is expected to be completed by April 2, 2012.

In the first half of the 2012 financial year Alesco Corporation reported a net profit of $7.2 million.
