    Perhaps not ideal that the founder/CEO, along with 2 other Directors (comprising 3 out of the 5), are all overseas in the midst of a takeover - and now earnings downgrade…

    Seems a critical time to not have (at least a majority of) the leadership team in the wheelhouse.
