yeh - I read the latest news about this - I just wonder if ALS is doing enough to restore its reputation- it could lead to a big loss in market share - yes, the ceo said a bit there but I feel there should be more done -and said, in order to reassure customers- there may well be things done and letters sent out that have not made it to an asx release!!
