I was thinking (take that for what's its worth) if my offer was rejected, I might start to buy on market, or say I was another competitor out there, I might buy enough to block yet another competitor from being able to take control.....
Whatever happens, if Altium continue to take market share there will be others that want to have a piece of that pie one way or another.
Job ads in the USA are very skewed towards Altium in the EDA space. People learn/buy what the market is looking for.
