this company is so overprized that it beats even US already stretched Nasdaq averages by a factor of 300% or so, p/e over 100, p/book over 15 !!!, debt equal to approx 3 years of earnings!
Autodesk was probably trying to buy it just to get rid of the competitor, this is what the US techs notoriously do.
Despite recent AD offer withdrawal , there may be another offer, who knows, depends how badly Alu is disturbing Autodesk business, but if I had that stock I would gave sold asap. Price is stretched a lot already. I wonder why this stock is not around $10 mark, max.
